Announcement: Wellness Sessions and Follow-up Schedule:

 

We are now offering 50 minutes initial wellness consultations on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. After your first session, follow-up consultations will be scheduled every other week for 45 minutes on either Tuesday or Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

 

Please note that follow-up sessions are only available to clients who have completed the initial wellness consultation.

Akina’s Garden Healing will be relocating between April and May. During this transition, our practice will be closed for one week to allow for a smooth move and setup. We will resume services one week later with our regular schedule.

 

All scheduled appointments will be honored before the move. We encourage clients to book their sessions in advance to accommodate this brief closure. Any updates regarding the exact closure dates will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.

We are currently in the process of moving, and as a result, our business will be closed from May 30th to June 9th.We are excited for this new chapter and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Please disregard the April 30th-May 9th temporary closure. Akina's Garden Healing will be closed for Good Friday and Easter. My practice will resume the following Tuesday after Easter for intakes and future appointments.

Dear Clients,

 

Please ensure that you have completed your PWA membership form and submitted all required documents before scheduling your wellness session. You must also be verified by me via email before booking your appointment.

 

My booking calendar is set for 3-4 months out, and I am currently taking 20-25 clients per month in a 3-month cycle. To secure your spot, I recommend scheduling both your wellness session and follow-up appointments at the same time. Follow-up appointments are available every other Friday only.

 

If there is no availability, please contact me to be added to the waitlist for the next available slots after 3 months.

 

If the available times do not work for you, please contact me in advance for any cancellations or to discuss accommodations.

At Akina's Garden Healing, we are committed to providing a thorough and personalized experience for every client. Before booking a wellness session or follow-up, all clients must complete an intake session.

Intake Sessions:

Available every Monday for 15-minute consultations.

Evening intake sessions are available for those who cannot attend on Mondays.

After your intake, you will need to complete your paperwork and email it back to me. Once your paperwork is verified, you will be able to book your wellness session and follow-up appointments.

We’re excited to share that group sessions will be held every other Saturday starting June 14, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

 

Important Booking & Registration Info:

 

Seats are limited, and your completed Pre-Registration Form reserves your seat.

 

Payments are due before each group meditation session. No payments will be accepted during or after the session.

 

The Pre-Registration Form can be found under the Documents tab on my website.

 

When booking your session on the calendar, please use the same email address that you provided on your form.
